1. Expect a Partly Cloudy Tuesday with a High Near 74 in Foxborough

Today’s weather in Foxborough, according to the National Weather Service based in Taunton, calls for patchy fog before 9 a.m. Otherwise, cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 74. Calm wind becoming south 5 to 8 mph in the afternoon. Tuesday night: Patchy fog after midnight. Otherwise, mostly clear, with a low around 48. South wind 3 to 7 mph.

2. Foxborough Selectmen Meet Tuesday to Discuss Town Manager Salary, Refuse Collection Contract & More

Foxborough’s Board of Selectmen are set to meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Andrew Gala Meeting Room of Town Hall to discuss the following business:

  • Reorganization of the board. The board will welcome new member . The board will also shuffle its positions with a new chair expected to be appointed Tuesday.
  • Review application for change of manager at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill at 275 Patriot Pl.
  • Hear the request from Town Historian Jack Authelet and resident AJ Dooley regarding the volunteer town-wide clean up day on Saturday, June 1.
  • Continue the Town Manager’s annual performance review with a discussion regarding salary.
  • Executive session to negotiate with non-union personnel.

3. Support Foxborough Boys’ and Girls’ Tennis at Mandarin Chef Tuesday

The Foxborough High School boys’ and girls’ tennis teams are holding a joint fundraiser at Mandarin Chef Tuesday from 4 to 9 p.m. Mention the word, “Tennis” with your order and a portion of the proceeds will go to the boys’ and girls’ tennis teams. Dining and take out orders are both accepted.

  • 6 p.m. - Spring Fever – Zumba: Zumba with Fierce Love Fitness. This is a Latin dance based class that lets you adapt the pace according to your fitness level.
  • Trivia at CBS Scene: Join CBS Scene from 7 to 9 p.m. for this new and exciting concept in team trivia, using state of the art HDTV's. You could win prizes provided by MA State Lottery, CBS Scene gift cards or exclusive apple products.
  • 11 a.m. - Bounce Houses: Jump around all afternoon in inflatable bounce houses. Located in the North Marketplace outside of Life is good, enjoy the afternoon as the kids bounce the day away.
  • 11 a.m. - Storytime at Showcase Cinema de Lux: Meet Clifford at Kids Club Storytime Tuesday.

Taylor Elementary School will host a student art show from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
