The Grand Prize Winner, Lily Holloway of Norton, was joined by her mother, Annemarie, and grandparents at the Deutsche Bank Championship for a special celebratory breakfast.

"What a wonderful show of community support for today's youth," Annemarie said. "It was awesome to see the positive responses to each of the finalists' essays. It is rare today, to see communities joyfully embrace the gifts that today's youth have to share – what an awesome forum to be able to do this in."

First and second runner up went to Daniel Clapp and Victoria Vaphiades also of Norton. Honorable mentions went to Paulina Baczkowski of Foxborough, Jack Moussette of Mansfield and Kara Hart of Mansfield.  They attended an awards ceremony at the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce office on Thursday, Aug. 29th.

“Because of the outpouring of support from Mansfield Crossing, Barrows Insurance, Dream Dinners of Plainville, and Linda’s Cookies, we had something for each of the finalists,” said Kara Griffin, Executive Director of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce.  “We look forward to doing this again next year.”
