1. Expect a Mostly Sunny Monday in Foxborough

Today’s weather in Foxborough, according to the National Weather Service based in Taunton, calls for mostly sunny, with a high near 44. North wind 6 to 8 mph. Monday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 24. Northwest wind 3 to 6 mph.

2. Selectmen to Hold 3 Liquor License Violation Hearings Monday

Foxborough’s Board of Selectmen will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday to hold three public hearings for liquor license violations. Selectmen will meet with Showcase Live at 7:30 p.m., followed by Bar Louie at 8:30 p.m. and Foxboro Mandarin at 9:30 p.m.

3. Foxborough School Committee Meets at 7 p.m.

The Foxborough School Committee will meet at Foxborough High School at 7 p.m. Monday to discuss the following:

  • Teaching and Learning Highlights: K-8 Technology Skills Curriculum
  • Norfolk County District Attorney Security Grant
  • Final NEASC Report
  • MCAS Analysis, Part II
  • Baseline & Benchmarks update
  • Vote to reappoint Superintendent Debra Spinelli as a voting member of the Bi-County Collaborative Board of Directors for the 2012-13 school year
  • Turfs Up! Field project update

4. Warriors Game Day:

The following Foxborough High School teams will be in action Monday:

  • Girls’ volleyball travels to Canton for the quarterfinal round of the MIAA Div. 2 Central state tournament.
