The Foxborough High football team (7-3) travels to Mansfield (7-3) Thursday at 10 a.m. in the annual Thanksgiving Day football game between the two rivals.

4. New England Patriots and New York Jets Continue Rivalry on Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving Day football is all about rivalries. So it is appropriate that 10 hours after Foxborough and Mansfield take the field the New England Patriots meet their biggest rivals - the New York Jets in East Rutherford, N.J.

5. Preview of Black Friday Shopping in Foxborough

Shoppers from all over will be lining up outside stores for Black Friday not long after the Thanksgiving leftovers are put away and Thursday's Patriots game concludes.

Thousands are expected to gather throughout the Foxborough area Friday to get an early start to their holiday shopping at Patriot Place and the nearby Wrentham Village Premium Outlets.
