5 Things for Dec. 19: ‘Super Bowl Through the Lens’ Exhibit at The Hall, Men’s Night Out at Cindi’s, Holiday Concert at Taylor School and More

1. Expect a Mostly Sunny Wednesday in Foxborough

Today’s weather in Foxborough, according to the National Weather Service based in Taunton, calls for mostly sunny, with a high near 44. Northwest wind 10 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Wednesday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 28. Northwest wind 6 to 11 mph.

2. Kevin Faulk to Help Unveil ‘The Super Bowl Through the Lens of Dick Raphael’ Exhibit at The Hall at Patriot Place

Dick Raphael was a legendary sports photographer whose work was featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated nine times. He also worked as the Patriots’ and Celtics’ team photographer and snapped some of sports’ most iconic images. Raphael, who passed away in 2007, is one of only five photographers to work all of the first 41 Super Bowls. His work is now on display at The Hall at Patriot Place presented by Raytheon in an exhibit titled “The Super Bowl Through the Lens of Dick Raphael.”

The photos in the exhibit span Super Bowls I through XL and include more than 30 Pro Football Hall of Famers. Former Patriots running back Kevin Faulk, who appears in Raphael’s photos from Super Bowls XXXVI and XXVIII, will help introduce the exhibit to media Wednesday.

3. Cindi’s Diamond & Jewelry Men’s Night Out

Cindi's Diamond & Jewelry says it can't have an event only for women without having a night dedicated to men so it will be holding its annual Men's Night to give men an opportunity to come into a jewelry store and enjoy a night of cold beer and great food while they shop. There will be secret prizes and giveaways for Men's Night only, which Cindi’s promises will make any loved one smile.

 4. Patriot Place Events:

  • Santa's Wonderland at Bass Pro Shops: Enjoy a free photo with Santa, games crafts and more at Santa’s Wonderland.
  • Help the Foxborough Food Pantry at Old Navy: From now through Dec. 19 Old Navy will be collecting non-perishable food items to benefit the Foxborough Food Pantry. Help those in need this holiday season and make a donation today.
  • 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Gresh and Zo Ticket Giveaway at CBS Scene: Stop by CBS Scene for lunch every Wednesday during the LIVE Gresh & Zo broadcasts and enter to win a pair of tickets to a Patriots home game.

5. Taylor Elementary School Holiday Concert

Taylor Elementary School first graders will hold a Holiday Concert from 2 to 3 p.m.
