Revolution Soccer Equipment Drive a Huge Success for RI-Based Charity

Fans that came out to last Saturday’s New England Revolution match against the Houston Dynamo showed immense support for the first of three charitable drives being held this summer. Fans were asked to donate new or gently used soccer equipment before Saturday’s game to benefit Project GOAL – a Rhode-Island based program committed to developing the state’s disadvantaged youth through after-school tutoring and soccer-related programs.

Saturday’s charity drive was the first of three in the series the Revs will hold this summer, which includes August school supply and September coat donation collections.
