Patriots Cheerleaders to Host 2014 Swimsuit Calendar Launch Party on Aug. 15

The New England Patriots Cheerleaders will unveil the 2014 Patriots Cheerleaders Swimsuit Calendar at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill at Patriot Place on Thursday, Aug. 15 at 7 p.m. The Patriots Cheerleaders will also reveal their brand new signature uniforms designed by renowned Waltham-based crystal couture designer Sondra Celli. The swimsuit calendars will be on sale for $20 each, with 30 percent of the proceeds to be donated to the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation. 

The Patriots Cheerleaders’ annual tropical trip for the calendar shoot led this year’s squad to the Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa in St. Lucia and the results feature the cheerleading team modeling swimwear in a lush, tropical setting. The annual swimsuit calendar is always a fan favorite, highlighting the Patriots Cheerleading squad – ladies who serve not only as day-of-game entertainers, but as Patriots ambassadors throughout New England and around the world.

In addition to the calendar launch, 24 talented young ladies will be introduced as the 2013 New England Patriots Cheerleading Squad at the party and will be wearing their brand new custom designed uniforms by Sondra Celli. The captivating uniforms feature navy-colored fabric with thousands of genuine Swarovski crystals imported from Austria in light Siam red, clear and crystal metallic blue. Sondra Celli also designed a bathing suit to be included in the calendar, featured in the month of November, in recognition of Veteran’s Day.

“Working with Sondra Celli was an amazing experience,” said Cheerleader Director Tracy Sormanti. “The uniforms that she created are extraordinary. They are going to jump to life under the stadium lights.”

The swimsuit calendar launch party will also feature Sideline to Shoreline, an in-depth, behind the scenes video about the making of the 2014 Patriots Cheerleaders Swimsuit Calendar. Fans of all ages are invited to attend, though 21-plus only will be permitted after 10 p.m. The cheerleaders will be there to perform, meet fans, take photos and sign autographs. There will not be a parking or entrance fee for the event
