3. FHS Hires New Wrestling Coach
Foxboro High School athletic director Caitlin Brown has announced that Billy Ivatts has been named the new wrestling coach. He replaces Jim Fraser who coached the team for 12 seasons starting in 2001.
Ivatts, a FHS graduate and former wrestler, returns to the school after coaching and starting the Dighton-Rehoboth wrestling program. He had previously served as an assistant coach for the Warriors.
While wrestling for Foxboro, Ivatts was a state champion in 1997, 1998, and 1999.
