Planning Board Meeting Tonight
Representatives from Cumberland Farms and their development team will be meeting with the Planning Board informally on Thursday November 14th at 7:15 p.m. at the Boyden Library to discuss their plans for a complete reconstruction of the station and convenience store on Mechanic Street. The new premises will include a store nearly twice as big as the one that?s there now, increasing the number of pumps from four to six, and replacement gasoline tanks. In addition to approval from the Planning Board, they will need approval from the Design Review Board, and variances and/or findings from the Board of Appeals, so construction start time is not firmed up yet.
