Monday Essentials: POW/MIA National Remembrance Day Ceremony This Week, School Committee to Meet, and More

School Committee Meeting Monday Night

The Foxborough School Committee will meet tonight at 7 p.m. at the Foxborough High School media center. Agenda items include an update on the turf field and a look at the school district's technology plan.

Selectmen Meeting This Week
The Foxborough Board of Selectmen will meet at the Foxborough High School media center on Sept. 17. To see the agenda, click here. 

Pack 70 Yo-Yo Show with "Ooch"
Pack 70 proudly presents Brett "Ooch" Outchcunis and his Yo Yo ABCs on Sept. 19 at 7 p.m. in the Burrell School cafeteria.
Brett uses comedy, music, dance, story-telling, yo-yo's and improv to connect with children and to provide a kinesthetic learning experience. 
Boys in grades 1st through 5th are also welcome to come and find out what Cub Scouts is all about.


POW/MIA  National Remembrance Day    
Foxboro will observe POW/MIA  National Remembrance Day with a special ceremony at 4 p.m. on Sept. 21. On Sept. 20 at 4 p.m., a 24 hour vigil over the Missing Man Table will begin.
