Monday Essentials: Movie Night This Week at the Booth, Final Week of Patriots Training Camp

1. Next Outdoor Movie Night

The Foxboro Recreation Department will hold their next movie night at the Booth Playground on Aug. 13 when Hotel Transylvania is shown at dusk. 

2. Holmes Takes Seventh Place

As part of Falmouth Road Race weekend, Foxboro High School junior Liz Holmes took part in the Tommy Cochary High School Mile.

In the race, Holmes ran 5:30.25, good enough for seventh.

3. Patriots Training Camp Schedule

The final week of training camp for the New England Patirots is as follows:

• Aug. 12: 2:20 p.m. - 4:30 p.m
• Aug. 13: 2:20 p.m. - 4:30 p.m ( Joint practice with Tampa Bay)
• Aug. 14: 2:20 p.m. - 4:30 p.m ( Joint practice with Tampa Bay)
• Aug. 15: 2:20 p.m. - 4:30 p.m (Final day of camp)

4. Two More Concerts on the Common

Due to previous cancelations due to rain, the Foxboro Jaycess will extend their Concert on the Common music series for two more weeks.

TwentyPastTwo will perform on August 22 and Black & White takes the stage on August 29.

5. Business After Hours Networking Event From the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce

You are invited to attend the August Networking Event for the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce to be held at The Hilltop Preserve in Walpole.

This is a fantastic way to meet other business owners in the Foxboro, Mansfield, and Norton area, learn about their businesses and share yours.
