Stadium Fitness will be having an open house on Saturday January 26th 2013! During the open house we will be running a 24 hour spin a thon to help raise money for the Rodman Ride For Kids foundation. We will also have many vendors and free workouts all weekend long. The Rodman Ride For Kids is a foundation that has been raising and donating money to at risk children since 1991. They have raised tens of millions of $$ to help at risk children's lives.

Stadium Fitness, formally Gold's Gym, is a full-service fitness facility. The gym offers cardio and weight-training equipment, group classes and personal training. Day care services are available six days a week and the gym also hosts children's birthday parties. Several plans are available that allow for the use of different amenities.
