Foxborough Never Forgets founder, Chris Mitchell, Cindy McGinty and Foxborough resident Maria Stephanos of FOX 25 TV, kicked off McGinty Family Fun Day Saturday with heartfelt tributes, words of hope and many thanks to the community of Foxborough. 

Proceeds raised from the McGinty Family Fun Day will go towards the McGinty Scholarship Foundation which is named in loving memory of former Foxboro resident Michael McGinty.  The foundation awards two scholarships each year to college bound Foxboro residents to honor McGinty who was killed at the World Trade Center in the September 11, 2001 attacks at the age of 42.
