Sunday, Feb. 10:

12:35 p.m. – Foxborough police responded to Tavolino at Patriot Place after the restaurant’s manager reported a man from a prior incident was at the establishment. Officers served Erwin Esteban, 47, of Central Falls, R.I., a straight warrant for assault & battery on a child with injury. Esteban was taken into custody and transported to the Foxborough Police Station where he was later positively identified by both parents of the victim.

10:12 p.m. – Alesey Berezyuk, 31 of Quincy was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on North Street and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Berezyuk was the passenger in the motor vehicle that was pulled over.
