Piccadilly Pubs Close Their Doors
Local chain shutters restaurants, including Foxborough location.
Signs posted by the Massachusetts Pub Group on the Piccadilly Pub restaurants in Foxborough and North Attleboro Monday indicate that they are closing their doors.
News broke of the closings Monday night, as local residents were informed by employees of the restaurants. Currently, no date has been mentioned for a re-opening.
The Piccadilly Pub in Foxborough has been a local favorite in town for many residents.
According to the Worcester Telegram & Gazette, The Piccadilly Pub restaurant chain apparently closed a number of its restaurants in Western Massachusetts as well Monday.
Notices of the closing were posted on the doors in Worcester, Auburn, Sturbridge and Westboro locations by the Massachusetts Pub Group. Phone calls went unanswered last night in pub locations.
The Piccadilly Pub is a chain of nine casual dining restaurants that started in Westboro in 1973.

it's unfortunate & I hate to see it happen but it's not surprising. Their menu is a bit outdated.
