Stephen A. Mudge Jr., 41, originally of Easton, appeared in Wrentham District Court Monday and pleaded not guilty to eight counts possession of a destructive or incendiary device after Foxborough Police found "homemade explosives" in Mudge's hotel room at Americas Best Value Inn on Route 1 Friday, according to Foxborough Police detective Tom Kirrane.
