Arrests around Foxborough for May 23-28

May 23

5:50 p.m. – Christopher Fisher, 30, of 944 East St. #3, Walpole, MA, was arrested after a motor vehicle accident After a nearby resident called for assistance, one person plus Fisher needed medical attention. He was arrested and charged with his second OUI liquor offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

4 p.m. – As part of a town wide enforcement of the Click It or Ticket campaign, Christopher Barrett, 21, of 190 River St #1, West Bridgewater, MA, was pulled over for not wearing a seat belt and then arrested on a default warrant.

11:38 p.m. – Sergeant John Chamberlin arrested Julia Tosone, 19, of 7 Jersey Way, Walpole, MA, with a straight warrant at America’s Best Value Inn and Sports Pub on Washington St.

May 25

10:32 p.m. – After getting a report of suspicious activity on Cohasset St., Patrolman James Payne arrested Christina Francesco, 20, of 135 Chestnut St. #23A, under a default warrant.

May 26

1:16 a.m. –Patrolman Kerry Apgar pulled over Joseph Baxter, 23, of 76 Maryann Way, North Attleboro, MA at the Foxborough Mobil on Central St. Baxter was arrested and charged with his second OUI liquor offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.

10:07 p.m. – Jeffery McBride, 30, of 46 Edwards Ave., Lynnfield, MA, was pulled over by Patrolman David Foscaldo on the corner of North St. and Chestnut St. McBride was arrested and charged with making an improper turn, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and his second OUI liquor offense.

May 27

12 a.m. A Maynard, MA resident found in the common areas of Patriot Place was taken into custody.

May 28

11:52 a.m. – The duty manager at the North St. McDonalds called officials to report the use of counterfeit bills. Francisco Alicea, 21, of 423 Hiltop Dr. #24C, Walpole, MA was arrested and charged with possession of counterfeit notes, and two counts of utter counterfeit notes. The Secret Service will be conducting a follow up to the incident. 

Activity at Gillette Stadium

On Memorial Day weekend, Gillette Stadium played host to the semi-final round of the NCAA Division 1 lacrosse tournament and the finals for all three-division tournaments. Saturday May 26, saw seven people put into protective custody, four arrests for underage possession of alcohol, and seven for trespassing.

The follower were arrested for underage possession of alcohol:

Kelly Donigan, 20, of 2664 East Lake Road, Skaneateles, NY

Kyle Baier, 20, 38 Lakeshore Drive, Auburn, NY

Thomas Schoener, 20, 2516 West Lake Road, Skaneateles, NY

Stephen Scuderi, 20, 2709 Hardscrabble Road., Skaneateles, NY

The following were arrested and charged with trespassing:

Jeammie Santiago, 21, 11 Gores Drive, Mastic, NY

Stephen Christofferson, 21, 64 Dawn Drive, Shirley, NY

Nicholas Cotter, 25, 508 Reynolds St, Whitby, On, Canada

Joseph Johnson, 22, 114 Washington Avenue, Mastic Beach, NY

Thomas Gill, 21, 19 Greenbelt Lane, Leveittown, NY

A minor from New York was also arrested for trespassing.

Keith Gaumond, 20, of 2482 Diamond Hill Rd., Cumberland, RI, was arrested on Saturday, May 26, and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and two accounts of assault and battery including one count of A&B on a police officer.

On Monday, May 28, at 8:51 a.m., Chief Ed O’Leary arrested Roger Fleischman III, 18, of 1250 Quandt Rd., Layette, CA and a minor for underage possession of alcohol. A third person, Steven Alviti, 23, of 378 Thames St., Newport, RI, was arrested and charged with trespassing.
