(UPDATED) - 4:21 pm., Sept. 13, 2012: Disorderly conduct charges against a Boston man after he was arrested on Sept. 8 at Toby Keith's Bar & Grill were dismissed in Wrentham District Court on Monday, Sept. 10, according to court documents. The man's docket sheet states the case was dismissed without any money assessment by court prior to arraignment.
7:26 p.m. - A 23-year-old Haverhill man was taken into protective custody at Toby Keith's Bar & Grill.
