1. In Foxborough Today, the Board of Appeals will meet at the Foxborough Town Hall at 7 pm. The Foxborough Agricultural Commission will meet at the Public Safety Building at 6 pm and the Foxborough Housing Authority will meet at 90 N Carl Annon Ct., Foxborough at 6:00 pm.
2.Both the Igo and Taylor Elementary Schools will hold open houses tonight for students and their parents from 6:30 pm - 8 pm.
3. Hunakai Studio of Fine Arts will hold their annual fundraiser tonight from 7 pm - 9 pm at the Chestnut Green in Foxboro. The event helps support new programs in art education as well as scholarships. The studio's fundraising event will feature live music, hors d'oeuvres from Saki's Pizza Time and hand rolled sushi from Mai Pearl, silent auctions, raffles, the famous Fine Art Draw and more.
Tickets are $25.00 in advance and $30.00 at the door. Ticket prices include food, beer and wine. Call 508-543-5665 to reserve tickets.
4. Foxborough Warrior Varsity Sports.
- The girls' field hockey team will host Sharon at 3:45 pm.
- The boys' golf team will travel to Oliver Ames for a game at 3:15 pm.
5. Personal Best Karate will hold a Women's Self Defense Seminar from 7 pm - 8 pm. Our local women and teens can learn how to protect themselves and family members at the H.U.G.S. sponsored Women’s Self defense Seminar. There is no fee for this event. Please consider a monetary donation or toiletries, diapers or canned goods for families in need
*Brigham and Women’s / Mass General Healthcare Center is sponsoring a free weekly Strollercize Family Program. Weather Permitting, this fun activity begins outside of the Brigham and Women’s / Mass General Healthcare center at 9:45 a.m.
