August 23: Mosi Tatupu Comedy Benefit

1. Join Patriots Hall of Famers Steve Nelson, John Hannah, and Andre Tippett as well as current and former professional athletes and local celebrities at the  as they honor their friend Mosi Tatupu’s memory.

The hilarious comedy show will be headlined by Boston Comedy Legends, Steve Sweeney, Lenny Clarke, Paul D’Angelo, and Paul Nardizzi. Guests will also be able to bid on a variety of sports memorabilia and gift packages at the live and silent auctions. All proceeds raised from the auctions and even will go to the Mosi Tatupu Memorial Scholarship Foundation which helps provide college scholarships to young athletes with learning differences.

2. The Foxborough Board of Health and Community Visiting Nurses will hold a free  today in the McGinty Room - Public Safety Building from 3 pm - 4 pm.  For more information, please call 508-543-1207.

3.  , the story of three men's life-long search for a diet, which is good for our health, good for the environment and good for the future of the planet, will be shown at the  today at 7:00pm.  Tickets are $8.00 and be purchased .

4. Patriot Place Summer Sensation continues with a free   exercise program for Seniors at 10:00 a.m. Meet on the plaza to do some stretching and strengthening exercises and then take a hike exploring the Patriot Place area including the Ocean Spray Cranberry Bog Trail.

5.  invites you to stop by from 6pm - 8 pm to sample artisanal beers from Pretty Things, the local gypsy brewer.
