Monday, Feb. 4:
Board of Health, 7 p.m., Andrew Gala Meeting Room, Town Hall
Foxborough’s Board of Health will meet Monday to review septic maintenance contract with Erik McKenzie of 33 Windsor Dr. At 7:30 p.m. BOH will address time as a public health control, variance requirement for McDonald’s on 212 North St. Other topics of discussion include:
- Approve Dec. 3, 2012 minutes
- Title V
- Nursing program
- Health agent updates/G&O
- Waste regulations
- Norfolk County Mosquito Control project update
Board of Water & Sewer Commissioners, 7 p.m., Water Department Office, Town Hall
Board will discuss sewer funding model at 7 p.m. and review/finalize/vote and sign the following actions:
- Minutes for Dec. 12, 2012; Dec. 17, 2012; Jan. 7; Jan. 14; Jan. 22; Jan. 28; Jan. 29
- Sign sewer permit for 225 Central St.
- Superintendent’s report
- Approval of payment of invoices

Tuesday, Feb. 5:
Relay for Life of Greater Foxborough Kick-Off Meeting, 6 p.m., South Foxborough Community Center
The Relay For Life of Greater Foxborough welcomes you to the kick-off meeting to pick up your team packet and learn more about the overnight walk scheduled for June 21-22 at Ahern School in Foxborough. The challenge for all is to expand Relay for Life’s efforts by expanding its teams to 13 or more members in 2013.

Board of Assessors, 4:30 p.m., Andrew Gala Meeting Room, Town Hall
The Board of Assessors will meet to approve minutes from prior meeting, approve and sign warrants, approve and sign motor vehicle abatements and review real estate abatement applications.
Board of Selectmen, 7 p.m., Andrew Gala Meeting Room, Town Hall
Foxborough’s Board of Selectmen will meet Tuesday to discuss the following town business:
- Jeff Siena of MIIA Insurance will meet with the board at 7 p.m.
- BOS chair James DeVellis will provide an update around 7:05 p.m.
- Attorney Frank Spillane, representing Waxy O’Connor’s, will discuss a change of manager application filed with the town for the Irish pub.
- Steve Sacco of Invensys will meet with the board to discuss the company’s future in town.
- DeVellis will continue the ongoing discussion of holding future Town Meetings on Saturday.
- Town Manager Kevin Paicos will discuss the FY14 budget
- The board will go into executive session around 8:30 p.m. to discuss DPW negotiation parameters.
Crossroads Veterans Services District, 7 p.m., Easton Town Hall
The VSO will address the following business:
- Approve any open meeting minutes
- Welcome back John Hogan
- Update on Easton State Intervention review

Parents will have the opportunity to have coffee with Foxborough High School principal Diana Myers-Pachla Tuesday morning at the high school.
Wednesday, Feb. 6:
Foxborough Public Schools District-wide Family Technology Night, 6 p.m., Foxborough High School
In an effort to provide parents with an understanding of how technology is being used in today's classroom the Foxborough School District is hosting its second annual Parent Technology Night on Wednesday, Feb. 6 at Foxborough High School from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
The event will begin with a brief overview presentation of technology and will be followed by a series of breakout sessions, which will focus on how innovative technology tools are being used to enrich instruction across all disciplines and create dynamic learning environments. Participants may choose three breakout sessions.

- Digital resources in the math classroom
- Geometer's sketchpad
- iPad spotlight in special education
- Using assistive technology to read, write, study and teach

The goal of the event is to give parents a general understanding of how current technologies are being used by teachers and students within the classroom and at home.

Foxborough High School Blood Drive, 2-5 p.m.; Foxborough High School
A blood drive will be held at Foxborough High School from 2 to 5 p.m.
Advisory Committee, 7 p.m., Andrew Gala Meeting Room, Town Hall
AdCom will meet to hold a general discussion of the FY14 budget.
Thursday, Feb. 7:
Playing Fields Committee, 7 p.m., South Street Recreation Office
The town’s Playing Fields Committee will hear an update on the turf field project and hold a sports groups discussion.
AP Potential Night, 6-7 p.m., Foxborough High School
Foxborough High School will host AP Potential Night from 6 to 7 p.m.
Grade 3 MCAS Information Night, 6:30 p.m., Taylor School
Taylor Elementary School will host a Grade 3 MCAS Information Night from 6:30-7:15 p.m.
A’Cappella Concert, 7 p.m., Foxborough High School
Foxborough High School’s A’Cappella group will perform in concert in the Foxborough High School auditorium.
Program of Studies Night, 7 p.m., Foxborough High School
Foxborough High School will host a Program of Studies Night.

Saturday, Feb. 9:
Jazz Symposium, all day, Foxborough High School
Foxborough High School will hold a jazz symposium all day Saturday.
Foxborough Democratic Caucus, 1 p.m., Foxborough Public Safety Building
Democrats in the Town of Foxborough will hold a caucus to elect delegates to the Massachusetts Democratic Party's 2013 Platform Convention on Feb. 9 at 1 p.m. at the Foxborough Public Safety Building in the McGinty Room. All Foxborough residents registered as Democrats no later than Dec. 31, 2012 are eligible to participate.
The Foxborough Democratic Town Caucus will elect delegates to the 2013 Massachusetts Democratic Party's Platform Convention. The tentative date for the Convention is June 1, 2013 at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell.

The Foxborough Democratic Caucus will elect eight delegates and three alternates. Delegates will be divided equally between men and women. Those not elected as Delegate or Alternate, who meet the qualifications, may apply to be add-on delegates in the following categories: youth, minority and disabled.
