As your mailbox fills with seasonal mail and greeting cards fill your mantle, please save the postage stamps from the used envelopes, and send them to Foxborough Regional Charter School. The FRCS Community Service Learning initiative and students in The Holocaust Stamps Project middle school and high school clubs will add them to the current total of 1,543,609 collected stamps.

The goal of the Project, now in its fourth year, is to amass 11 million cancelled stamps – old, new, domestic and foreign – as a way to remember and honor the memory of every single person killed during the Holocaust. As students trim, sort, and count the stamps, they are also learning critical life lessons, based on world history, about why it is so important to prevent prejudice, discrimination, intolerance, disrespect, and bullying.
